I am Alexander Lindo, an LMT and Biodynamic Craniosacral Worker with over a decade of experience in bodywork. My philosophy as a bodyworker stems from profound experiences I’ve had in my own life of the body’s innate intelligence and the capacities of conscious touch as catalysts for transformation. I’ve witnessed bodywork achieve remarkable outcomes—resolving injuries deemed permanent, succeeding where surgeries have failed, and helping release trauma carried for a lifetime.

I love working with clients to create lasting change, building plans for longterm treatment goals while remaining open to the potential for remarkable changes that can sometimes occur in an instant.

I am a graduate of the National Holistic Institute in San Francisco, where I completed the 900-hour program in Massage Therapy and Health Education. While in the Bay Area, I participated in years of advanced Biodynamic Craniosacral Training under Giorgia Milne and studied Zero Balancing at Esalen with Dr. Fritz Smith, while working both at premiere massage establishments and with private clients.

My private practice is now in Chicago, where I am currently in training as a Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist, apprenticing with one of the foremost experts in the field, Sharon Sauer, CMTPT.
