Biodynamic Cranial Approach
The deepest yet gentlest work I offer, Biodynamic Cranial Approach can be great for supporting the body’s innate rhythms and self-healing capabilities. It is often profoundly relaxing and can be useful for addressing deeply-held injuries.
This is not massage, though it can be incorporated into the end of a massage session. It differs from other styles of cransiosacral therapy in that its primary focus is on the evolution of body-as-consciousness as opposed to “fixing.”
Experiencing this work is what led me to become a bodyworker. It offers the most direct, felt-sense experience I’ve ever had of the holistic ideal of treating the whole person, though it can be a bit difficult to describe because the perspective it’s approached with is so different from what most people are used to.

Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy
A specialized, targeted approach to address and release trigger points, relieving pain and dysfunction associated with issues many people have come to presume are untreatable such as migraines, scoliosis, pelvic floor issues, and more. This is bodywork that often succeeds where surgery fails. If you are looking for truly targeted work meant to create lasting change, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy is what I recommend.
Instruction in self-care exercises and the addressing of underlying perpetuating factors are significant portions of what allow this change to become lasting. Because of this, I am also able to offer remote sessions at a reduced cost.

Massage Therapy
If you’ve ever been to a massage clinic or spa and received a really good massage that felt like it actually addressed underlying tension as opposed to just feeling soothing in the moment — this is what I provide, tailored to your specific needs and goals whether that’s training for an ultra-marathon, being able to sit and stand without discomfort or just getting some much needed relaxation. I draw from deep tissue, myofascial therapies, Swedish massage and energetic modalities such as Zero Balancing.
